Sales Support / Admin Role

Salary £16-£20k depending on experience

The Role:

With the recent launch of the new southern consulting office, we are now recruiting for a candidate to fill a full time sales support/administration role; you will be responsible for supporting a small team of sales people.

The role will include various administration responsibilities, including raising quotations, liaising with key clients, building strong relationships with distributors and vendors, processing orders, chasing outstanding orders, organizing stock return, updating relevant reference sheets including weekly target figures and other ad-hoc administrative duties.

- Working from our Walton On Thames office

- 9:00am-5:30pm Monday - Friday

- 20 working days holiday per year

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will require excellent organization skills, with a positive and confident manner and strong communication skills. IT literacy is also essential including a good knowledge of outlook, excel & word.
